Leading Through Change

Over the course of 8 weeks, leaders will learn how to navigating change. They will lreflect on their own response to transformation while aligning their leadership style with individual strengths and needs to design change collaboratively. Participants will discover how to drive the success factors of effective change, boost team readiness, and strategically organize transformation to empower themselves and their teams through every phase of transition with confidence.
