Mastering conflicts for employees

In 8 weeks, employees learn to reflect on their own conflict behavior, recognize conflicts early, and deal constructively with difficult situations and conversations in order to make the most of the potential of conflicts. They develop the ability to take a stand even in difficult situations, use differences of opinion productively, and communicate reliably – without getting lost in efforts to achieve harmony.
