Designing Productive Meetings

Over the course of 8 weeks, participants will master high-impact meeting design and facilitation. They will develop the confidence to manage difficult group dynamics and unlock the full potential of the teams and workshops they are responsible for.

Leaders (and employees) who are actively responsible for managing, facilitating, and designing meetings, rather than those who simply spend a lot of time in them.
