Mastering Change

Over the course of eight weeks, participants will learn to align their actions consistently with clearly defined goals and actively evolve their personal mindset and motivation during change. They will master constructive conflict and feedback dialogues and navigate complex demands and information overload—always with a core focus on strengthening their practical competence in managing transformation.
